My friends and I are planning to cycle an epic 102mile route from North to South Devon (Ilfracombe to Plymouth) over four days (Fri 2nd July - Mon 5th 2010) to raise money for a great cause. Please help by sponsoring us. All donations are greatly appreciated.

The cause I have decided to cycle for is Devon Air Ambulance Trust. The charity was first created in order to ensure that casualties across Devon receive medical attention much quicker than they would by road ambulances which have to tackle Devon's winding backlanes - and time is crucial where someones life is concerned. The Charity requires a huge £4 million a year to keep its fleet of two helicopters airborne, which is where your kind donations will go.
