Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am raising money for SNAP (special needs and parents). They are an Essex based charity who offer help, advice and support to families of children and young people with special needs. They have excellent facilities to ensure that both children and parents get the best support but it costs a lot to keep these services running even with the help of many volunteers.
