Alex and I have decided to join forces and create the dream team that is Team Dove and run the London British 10k on the 8th July for Cancer Research UK.

As some of you may or may not know, our mum lost one of her best friends Julie Pilbeam to breast cancer earlier this year so we are running this in her honour and hope to do her proud.

We have a combined target of £400 to hit so just a few pounds from you guys would make all the difference.

Al and I would really appreciate all your support whether it is in the sum of money or casual screams of support and/or abuse on the day..!
