Thanks for taking the time out of your day to visit my JustGiving page.
Running means something to everyone, whether it's a step towards weight loss, a routine peace of mind, recovery, or even just catching up with their mum (guilty!). All I've learned is that seeing what it does to support other people, myself included, it's certainly no bad thing.
Everyone who experiences more dark days than light deserves that support, and Mind works tirelessly to that end. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.
So please, give a little, give a lot, or just come out on a run with me (because I will need the support!) - it all counts.
