In the Christmas of 2013 Imogen entered the world a poorly little girl. She has since grown into a hardworking and kind big girl and it is really hard to think back to those incredibly painful days and nights sat in the NNU at Colchester General not knowing what was going to happen to our new baby girl.

We can't really put into words what the doctors and nurses did for us. Quite simply they gave us Imogen. She would not be here without them, the machines and the medicines. She almost wasn't here, even with all these things.

Every year we raise money for this incredible ward so all the other families, who will unfortunately need it, get the best level of care they can.
