Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

This year I am running the St Helens 10k in memory of my best mate Dave, who was killed in September last year. I'm a cyclist, not a runner, and my knees don't like running, so all the more reason to sponsor me.

All donations raised will be going to the North West Air Ambulance to help them to continue their work.
