so, as I have regrettably moved my big runs to a Sunday, my Wednesday runs are just 10kish. I found I was worrying about not being able to run the half due to its early start on a sunday. The time of day that I run makes a huge difference to my performance, so getting in as much practise as I can with only 5 1/2 weeks to go your support (yes I know its only a half marathon,but for my usual lazy self, its a big deal) is really encouraging. anything you can afford to give is a great boost... thank:)

Today I'm swapping my longer run for a not so much long run....10km. Sunday this week will be my really long run..18-19km. I am hoping that Sunday running becomes a bit easier, with some practise. I signed up for a 6mile run on 25th March... exactly 8days before the half marathon...someone needs to stop me, I'm becoming dangerous to my own health. if I die, put something nice on my plaque :)

It's Plug day :) (soz) tonight I'm planning on reaching 11miles, and if I can manage that extra little push...18km . Any donations I receive are giving me that boost I need to believe I can acheive this. Thanks guys :)
