Mental health has always been a massive part of my life, along with the Mind Charity, however now, even more so, is a massive part of both of our lifes, our families and our friends.

Crazily, i signed myself and rob up to the Easter 50k (30 milesss!!!!) challenge around Windsor in April 2024, much agaisnt robs will, but its a challenge and a challenge we have accepted and started training for, to raise money for such a worthwhile charity.
