Myself, Abi, Annabel, Paul, Iain and Robbie will be running the Bupa Great North Run on Sunday 19th September. Yep...that's a half marathon....yep that's 13 miles!!! (yikes)

   We've all been training really hard to get to this point and I would love to make it all worth it by raising money for Charity! :)

    The Bupa Great North's chosen charity this year is the Alzheimers Society and I will also be raising money for Hospital Radio as this is something the six of us do every week. Money raised goes to the running of the station and the buying and maintaining of equiptment so we can continue to provide a radio service to hospital patients.
