Story
I am dancing in this years Strictly St Rocco's, taking place on Sunday 10th December.
St Rocco's has a special place in my heart. For years I have fundraised for the hospice in anyway possible, and it has been an incredible feeling being able to give back to the community and provide some comfort to those going through some of the toughest times of their lives. Knowing that I have the ability to dance in this year’s Strictly St Rocco’s is an absolute honour and privilege I won't be taking lightly.
At St Rocco's, people are able to find care, therapy, and a safe space. It truly is a welcoming atmosphere full of support as soon as you walk through the door. Seeing how much joy and strength the team & volunteers draw from each other helps put into perspective how meaningful something seemingly small like putting on my dancing shoes again can be.
The prospect of being able to support the hospice through dance will be something I am forever grateful for.
Next steps... I will be learning to dance at Cadmans Dance School and performing in front of 400 people at Nunsmere Hall in December.
I would be honoured if you could support me with this challenge by donating what you can. Your donations are welcomed and all the money raised will help the hospice continue its amazing care for the Warrington community. Thank you.
