Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My dad Chucka, a hard working family man who worked so hard and was taken from us in Feb 2020 after being diagnosed with GBM 4 in Feb 2018.
I had a crazy idea before the easter holiday, I would walk a lap of the Southern 100 course everyday in May 2022 to raise money for Brain Tumour Research, mentioned it to my friend Chelsea and my 2 sisters, Mandy & Bev and they all said they would do it with me 😁.
The S100 course is a 4.25 lap of our roads that is closed for racing during certain times of the year and we will walk a lap of it everyday in May.
So, in total we will walk 131.75 miles in 31 days and all money raised with help fund Brain Tumour Research 💙
Brain Tumour Research receives 1% of the national funding from CRUK and I think that's shocking so I want to do all I can to raise vital funds for this charity that will help so many people in finding a cure for this.
