100km in July

Moving for MS in July · 1 July 2022 to 31 July 2022 ·
I started working at the Chilterns MS Centre in 2021. Being there every day and seeing the incredible difference the work makes to our 565 members is, frankly, outstanding. I have heard the Centre described as a lifeline over and over again. It really is. Not just to our 565 members, but to their families and their friends. It is supports members both physically and mentally.
One member said 'One of the most important things in life is hope and [the Centre] builds hope into our lives when they help us to do a bit more than we could before.'
We can't cure MS, but we can make life so much better.
And if that didn't make you reach for your debit card - I am absolutely terrified at the thought of 100km in one month! The picture on here is me trying to train in June - it has not been easy!! So please, if you can, spare the price of a g&t for me and cheer me on with a donation :)
Thanks so so much.
