Raising much needed funds to support The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital (RJAH), by participating in a charity bike ride - the Centenary Cycle.

This is celebrating 100 years of the RJAH hospital at its current site in Gobowen.

I'll be cycling a 100km route through the North Shropshire countryside, fingers crossed for no rain or storms in March. 

If I reach my target, i'll do the loop twice (200km!). So please donate if you want to cause me more discomfort / enjoyment (hard to tell the difference sometimes), lets do this!
