One Day has been written by members of St Cedd’s School's Senior Chamber Choir in response to their experiences during Lockdown and the return to school. It is a song about wishing for a time when everyone can be together again and showing support for those who are finding things hard.

This year one of our much loved teachers, Mrs Ho You, passed away after her long battle with cancer. She was an incredibly creative, caring and passionate teacher who always ensured that the children in her care were happy and, as a result, able to achieve their best whilst in School. Vanessa was a much loved friend and colleague to the staff at St Cedd's School, as both a parent and teacher since the early 2000s.

The Senior Chamber Choir have chosen the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity as one of the two charities they would like to support through the release of One Day.
