Story
Did you know laughter has been scientifically proven to benefit mental health? Laughing can reduce stress, improve your immune system and also release endorphins (the happy hormone).
We have teamed up with UTC Artist Management to deliver an evening of live online stand-up comedy on Wednesday 24th March! We have the following fantastic comedians joining us: Russell Hicks, Kate Lucas, Toussaint Douglass and Ola Labib, each will perform for 10-15 minutes.
Entrance fee is £7 per person (free for Changes Bristol members) and all donations will go directly towards supporting Changes Bristol services in helping people in mental distress.
Sign up here to be sent the Zoom link and join us on the night - http://bit.ly/3lBuuaU
