St Andrew's is the parish church of Porthill, and the only church in our community. We have been here since Victorian times, and are lucky to have such a beautiful building to worship in. Over the years countless Porthill families have had baptisms, weddings and funerals in this holy place.

However, such an historic building will inevitably deteriorate over time, and the stonework around the East window is causing significant problems. There are many holes caused by crumbling mortar and letting damp in which has damaged the murals inside the church. We need to repair this stonework at a cost of £6395.

We would love St Andrew's to be here for generations to come, but for that to happen we rely on donations from people - we receive no income from government whatsoever. And so, if you value your church and are able to contribute towards the repairs we are truly grateful, thank you.

Although we are fundraising via Lichfield Diocesan Trust, you can be sure that all monies donated will be passed on to St Andrew's Church, where they will be gratefully received.
