Cancer has affected my family in recent years losing both my parents to the disease and two of my sisters battling through it. With ongoing research into cancer, I know that taking part in challenges such as this will make a difference.

I should say that this is the first challenge that I am NOT looking forward to as I am not keen on heights and absolutely terrified at the thought of abseiling! My challenge begins at Angel in London before heading to 'The Gherkin' and running up the stairs to the top before doing the same at 'Salesforce Tower London' and running on to 200 Aldersgate where the abseil will take place.
