We are a group of Speech and Language Therapists running the Great Manchester 10K for the British Stammering Association. We want to raise awareness of their new campaign brand 'STAMMA' and raise money to support their development and running of a new webchat service. The webchat will provide a point of contact and support to people who stammer, who may find it easier to chat online rather than face to face or via the telephone helpline. Stammering can have a huge impact on individuals' daily lives and mental health, therefore we want to raise money to support the BSA to continue with the vital work they do to provide information and impartial advice to people who stammer.
