Please give generously to this amazing charity for whom I am extremely proud to be completing this demanding challenge for.

Children’s liver Disease Foundation provides support for young people and their families when fighting against this terrible disease. Today, at least two children in the UK will be diagnosed with a liver disease, which has no cure and means a lifetime of care. CLDF are the only one organisation fighting to stamp it out so please please dig deep and donate generously.

This challenge has taken me a great deal of hardwork and dedication and with your help, I am hoping to smash my fundraising target of £500.

Ironman UK taakes place in Bolton on 31st July 2011, I am expecting it to take me almost 15 hours to complete. The course consists of a 2.4mile open water swim, 112 mile bike ride, and if that isn’t enough this is then followed by a marathon. Tired just thinking about it..........??? I myself don’t think I can take on more of a challenge, only being and amateur triathlete and having trained hard for the last 9 months solid.

I hope this is enough to convince you to donate as much as possible for this charity who need all the support and help we can give them.
