A very dear friend Chris Jackson, aged 56, cruelly lost his life to a rare form of cancer (bile duct) for which very little research and medical knowledge exists in comparison with other more commonly funded areas of cancer research.

Early diagnosis is the first step to curing this cancer. This page aims to support the great work of AMMF (the UK's only Cholangiocarcinoma charity) by raising awareness and vital funds for research needed to diagnose and treat people who suffer with bile duct cancer.

Chris was one of the kindest people I have met and I feel so lucky to have been part of his short life. He is missed by so many people and I want to do something amazing in his memory; to raise funds for AMMF and just simply to remember and celebrate his thirst for life.

10K run and triathlon complete - now full on training mode for my climb! I'll also be doing a training weekend (walking, camping etc) in the south downs in August, if anyone would like to join me please get in touch.
