I have decided to challenge myself and run the London Marathon 2017. I am excited and scared at the same time and it will be extremely tough having to drag myself out to train several nights a week in this cold wet weather... also those of you that know me well will know that laying off the booze for several months will be a challenge in itself!! However to know I am helping this amazing charity will make it all worth while. 

Leonard Cheshire offer care and support to disabled people across the UK and give them the freedom to live their lives the way they choose - from home care and support to work and skills development. 

Your donations will make a huge difference in improving the lives of disabled people across the UK. It will also give me the encouragement I need to tie up those laces and run!
