I am about to take on one of the biggest challenges and dreams of my entire life!!!!

Approximately 2 years ago, I could JUST about run ONE mile and with huge determination and focus, i am now about to embark on running 26 miles in the Virgin 2010 London Marathon.

The training is tough but the exhileration and the challenge is intense and its the best feeling.  My family and friends  have given me so much encouragement and have inspired me to pursue this until the very end and I am so lucky and grateful to have such support. I have run the length and breadth of north west london and seen some weird and wonderful sights along the way. Early dark mornings and all-weather conditions have never been a disturbance on my journey.

I have decided to run for Breakthrough Breast Cancer in association with Future Dreams, the brainchild of Danielle Leslie and her late mum Sylvie Henry. It is a charity that is extremely close to my heart. For more information, log onto www.Futuredreams.org.uk.
