Since my grandad suddenly died I started taking my health a lot more seriously and started running , 4 years ago n I could not run more then 5 minutes and now I am running a half marathon! 

Jerimiah Joruney helped us through a awful time In our life’s,

We suddenly and unexpectedly lost my grandad who lives with us and then had to deal with my Nan battling cancer  which she beat but then as a direct result of the chemo she now has heart failure , 

We are so close to my grandparents  as we live with them and this has been tough on us all emotionally especially for our children,  Jeremiahs journey  Provide free group and 1-2-1 sessions with the family and Have really helped us all  cope and keep coping with all the challenges we face  so I want to give something back by helping raise funds to help them to continue to do their amazing work
