Hi Everyone,

Its come to that time again, where again, Ill put myself through a gruelling training regime so that this year I can beat this last years time, but to also raise money for a cause thats so close to my heart.

My nan had Alzeihmers, and my mum and my sisters would take it in turns to babysit my nan, as she was incapable of being on her own.  These were very difficult times.  As my nan deteriorated, it wasnt a nice thing to see, and if these people need our money to help prevent this kind of thing, then Id do anything.

I really hope you can support me again on this.  However big or small, every little helps.
