St. Peter's Church and hall has been a part of the Aylesham Community from its construction in 1927.  At the heart of the village it is a church that faithfully worships and that reaches out to serve the community it inhabits.

St. Peter's is well used for celebration and major life events like baptisms, weddings and funerals and reaches out in community events and supports the community through its hall, its time and its volunteers.

It offers Aylesham, Sunbeams Pre-School on Mondays, Art Clubs on Wednesday, Messy Church on Sundays and is filled by Aylesham Tea Rooms on Tuesday's and Thursdays.  Friday is the day for Lunch Club and for the Farmer's Market and Saturday is usually filled with the sound of weddings in the summer or the sounds of the latest birthday party in the village.
