The British Red Cross is working in partnership with Team GB to encourage us all to be our best this summer. We're raising money so that British Red Cross teams can reach people who need our help. Just like at school, looking out for each other is really important in communities across the UK because no one should go through a crisis on their own. The funds will help British Red Cross staff and volunteers to continue: £40 could cover a grocery shop for someone coming home from hospital to an empty fridge. £100 could provide 6 vulnerable people with a wheelchair for a week, giving them their independence back. £381 would fund our emergency support line for one hour, allowing people across the UK to access the help they need.
