Our Story

During the Coronavirus pandemic, 45 singers from across Motivation by Music unite in a re-recording and re-release of Emily Bollon's Spring of Life which raised over £5000 for Parkinson's UK Guildford & South Surrey when originally released in April 2019. 

Spring of Life was written by founder of Motivation by Music, and leader of Parkinsong Voices, Emily Bollon. The lyrics, inspired by our Parkinson's singing group, speak of community, love and hope - a message that resonates powerfully with us all, especially at this time.

Parkinson's

Every hour, two people in the UK are told they have Parkinson's, which is a progressive neurological condition that currently has no known cure. However, the vital work of Parkinson's UK Guildford and South Surrey helps improve quality of life for those living with the condition, so that no-one has to face Parkinson's alone. 

Our aim is to raise £2000 to help support the continuation of these incredible groups and therapies! Please give generously, and thank you for your support!
