Story
This month will be the second anniversary of Jon's death, so, like last year, we are going to Spread Some Yay in May.
I am asking for friends, colleagues, neighbours, anyone who knew him or our family, or who feels touched by what has happened and who wants to contribute, to help us all walk/run/cycle/horse ride 1000km in May.
Any distance you feel able to dedicate to Jon’s memory will be amazing; we want to raise awareness of the importance of all our mental health. Exercise relives stress, improves memory, helps your sleep better and boosts your overall mood.

It meant so much to me and the children last year to hear of all the good deeds done in Jon’s memory, and it would be great to be able to share with the children again this year just how much people care.
