Me and Rich are running (slash swimming slash cycling) in the London Triathalon at the end of July.

 

We have chosen to support Cobalt, in support of the amazing continued fundraising effort by the Jepps family for this charity, and because if it wasn't for Tom running a triathalon last year I would never have had the idea in the fist place.
