Story
This is a charity Ghost Hunt of 8 individuals from the Black Country, including a local celebrity Medium (Dave J Williams), who will be spending the night in a Haunted location in Dudley - this year The Station Hotel (as featured on Most haunted)
We are rasing money for the Children's Ward of Russell's Hall Hospital. So please dig deep & give what you can ;-)
#Updates:
I’m pleased I can now reveal the news about our raffle! We’re almost ready to go, but a bit of last minute tweaking has to be done (Vouchers to be made, licenses to sign off etc)
The raffle will be run mainly online – you just contact me, buy a
ticket (or hopefully, tickets) and I’ll post a ticket stub back to you. It will be drawn later on in the year (date to be confirmed) in front of a trustworthy person – don’t worry I’ll tell you who, and you’ll even get a piccie – could be a teacher, policeman, or even the lovely Karen Phillips (Fundraising Head of DGOH) herself – mentor of Sponsored Scare (Haven’t asked her yet mind you! Lol)
Ok – for the prizes:
The lovely Lee Roberts of ‘Haunted Events’ has donated the following :
1) 2 x £35 ghost hunting vouchers for Haunted Events UK (www.hauntedeventsuk.com). These will be given away as a pair, so the winner gets a £70 prize!
2) 3 pairs of Free entry tickets for any Evolved psychic and paranormal events (www.evolvedpsychic andparanormal.com)
The fabulous Paul Stephenson of ‘Haunted Magazine (www.hauntedmagazine.co.uk) is offering:
3) 1 years FREE subscription to ‘Haunted Magazine’
Our partners for the 2011 ‘Sponsored Scare’ ‘Teet-shirts’ (http://www.teetshirts.com/black-country-t-shirts/cat_4.html) are offering:
4) A T-shirt voucher – so the winner can pick any adult sized T-shirt in any design either from the shop or via the web
And finally:
5) A boxed set of 3 DVD’s starring the horror ‘god’ Vincent Price (The man I named my son after!)
“One of the best known stars of the horror genre, Vincent Price dominated the screen; hardly surprising given that he stood 6' 3" tall! He did make films in other genres, most notably mystery thrillers, with The Bat one of his best known performances (and included here). It is perhaps House On Haunted Hill that is his best known film and which was remade in 1999. The original version is included here, with the set completed by Shock.
I’ve seen all these movies – and they ROCK!!!!
