I'm raising money for NGH Volunteers, to fund a volunteer summer celebration, and contribute to making the outdoor area a relaxing environment for our volunteers and staff. 

In order to do this I'm challenging myself to a sponsored silence from 8:30am - 4:30pm on Friday 20th May. 

If I speak at any point during this time, there will be a forfeit. My colleagues at NGH Volunteer Services will keep a tally of this which will equal the amount of cups of beans that will be thrown over me at the end of the day.
