We at Star Trac Fitness and the UK Spinning® Team have decided to raise money for the GREAT and AMAZING work that Help for Heroes does for our troops returning from conflict. Cycling is one of the great activities injured soldiers can continue to do to help them on the road to recovery, both physically and mentally.

Spinning® for our heroes

On 28th July 2011 we will be hosting Canary Wharf's largest ever Spinning® event to raise money for the Help for Heroes charity. We're giving you a unique opportunity to join 800 other people and ride with the Spinning® International Master Instructor team.

·         You'll also be able to measure your efforts with a brand new state of the art heart rate monitor.

·         50 minute classes will be running from 11am to 7pm in Montgomery Square, right in the heart of Canary Wharf.

·         Nuffield Health is proud to support this important cause in aid of our wounded soldiers and look forward to seeing you there.
