In the run up to International Women's Day, we taking up the challenge of cycling at least 500 miles in one week, raising much-needed funds for north east charity Smart Works Newcastle who help women struggling to secure employment through providing interview clothing and one to one interview coaching to give them the confidence and self belief to enable them to succeed at interview. Our styling team and interview coaches are trained volunteers and we supported over 400 women in our first year with over 66% succeeding in getting the job at interview.
