The Spinning Tops are Nicola, Janet and Angie and we spin regularly at Old Hall Country Club near Chester.  We are taking part in a 3 hour spinathon on 8th May (yes we are mad!!) to raise money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd near Backford, who provide respite and palliative care, and improve the quality of life for so many people.

Please give as generously as you can to help this very good cause in need of funding to continue their good work

Sunday 8th May :  Well we survived the "experience" if a little tired - a good lunch and an afternoon in bed and I could do it again! :-)
