TEAM MND 

In 14 weeks I'll be doing the Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon. The last race my dad & I talked about. The last race he knew I'd be taking on. 

MND has effected our family not once but twice. So when they announced the inaugural Leeds Marathon, I saw my Aunties comment about wishing she could run, I didn't give it a 2nd thought. 

So in memory of many, I will run this for those that can't. I run for Uncle Roy & Sheila. I will run this on behalf of my Auntie Barbara & My Dad. I run for my Sister In Law, Narelle & the Grandmother my nieces never got to meet & for Reuben who never got to know his wonderful Grandma 

My Dad won't get to come over the finishing line with me as planned but I know he'll be there with me in spirit, whist my Mum will be my number 1 cheer squad, camera woman & giver of snacks. 

Leeds will be my 5th marathon whist also training for my 100km Ultra just a few weeks after.
