5 of our brave staff from Spencer Ward at Northampton General Hospital have decided they would like to do a skydive to raise money towards improving our ward for both patients and staff.

Spencer Ward looks after ladies with gynaecological issues including those in early pregnancy and those who experience miscarriage within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy.

With any money that we raise, we want to put it towards creating a more comfortable space for ladies who experience a miscarriage. Currently the rooms that we have for these ladies are cold and very clinical so there is a lot of work we would like to do to improve their experience.

Mihaela, Christine, Mariana, Shelley and Ellisia are going to be doing a 13,000 ft skydive at Hinton Airfield in Brackley on the 28th August 2019
