Story

Through either sheer stupidity or overconfidence in my fitness levels, I am competing in the Hyrox London Championships for Team Magna in the Solo event. This a CrossFit style event combining speed, power and endurance in what proves to be a fast growing fitness race.

The race consists of 8 x 1km runs alongside 8 power workouts in 1 race around the Excel Arena in London. The event takes place on the 25th of November. Please come and support.

The event breakdown can be found on the Hyrox website.
