On Sunday 13 June hundreds of people will be raising money for local charities and organisations by getting sponsored and walking or running 5K, 10K or 20K.  Our crew will be doing the 5K accessible route using both wheelchairs and legs to get around it.  

The Outsiders' South West Lunch Lovers, our full name, meet for lunches normally on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Of course during the past year we have been meeting online.   We are part of a larger Club run online by The Outsiders Trust.  The aim of the Club is that people with disabilities and social anxiety can get to know each other, make friends, support each other and maybe find a relationship.  We want to raise money to help people attend lunches if they need some financial support.  It can cost a lot of money to get to a lunch - one member typically pays around £150 for 3 hours.  Especially after the lockdown it would be really nice to encourage people out with a bit of financial support.
