Story
My late wife Anneka was diagnosed with a glioma blastoma brain tumour and from first symptom on May 11th 2019 she unfortunately succumbed to the horrible diagnosis on the 18th November at the age of 33.. She leaves behind a family that misses her so much and a 14 month old daughter that will now grow up without her mum. Annie was such a wonderful person that lit up a room and cared for her patients as a committed dietitian. I’m walking the southern upland way in her memory, a challenge that will be tough but will be easy in comparison to what Anneka went through. I’d appreciate any sponsorship you can give to help families in similar circumstances and to also hopefully at some point rid the world of this horrible and all consuming disease. X
