On 1st February, the Southampton Jiu Jitsu Club will be completing 100 exercises per day. That’s 2800 by the end of the month!
For some this will be pull ups, squats or a mix of push ups and core work, it can even be 100 steps outside, everyday. Whatever your personal challenge is to build heathy activities into our lives. To encourage others to join in and build a community spirit.
Young minds are there to support young people with the things they are going through and also for parents who don’t feel they have anywhere else to turn. They offer a free 24/7 text support service.
Lockdown will be stretching this important charity and we are keen to support it.
