NHS nurses walk an average of 30 miles a week. I am taking on the 30 Miles My Way Challenge which is to clock up 30 miles throughout April, but I am going to do MINIMUM 30 miles per week, the same as an NHS nurse. I'm hoping to achieve this by running and walking with my 2 Bulldogs.
