Having witnessed the effects this disease can have on people of all ages, Crohn’s & Colitis UK is a charity close to Sophie’s heart. On social media, Sophie reaches out to her fans and to those suffering from IBD/IBS as a way to spread awareness and information, and to remind those who suffer from these diseases that they are not alone.
