Sophie's Meningits Now Fundraising Page

Sophies Cake and Book Sale with Tombola · 14 March 2015
Hello my name is Sophie Lee and I`m 9 Years Old,
On 23rd December 2014 I was admitted to MacGreggor Ward in Warwick hospital with Meningococcal Meningitis and Septicaemia. Thankfully I was a very lucky girl and due to the prompt and effective treatment i received I am recovering quite well.My illness has left me with various side effects, some long term some permanent, one of which is an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) which i hope the effects of will decrease and lessen in time. I have got fantastic support and help from everyone, but particularly from Meningitis Now and the brilliant Support Worker they have given me called Matt.I have been told that it is good to have something to focus on and keep my brain and me occupied so I`m doing as much fundraising for Meningitis Now as I can!! Not only that but also the awareness of the work they do every single day.All the monies I raise will go to Meningitis Now not just from the events I hold now and in the future but also from future fundraising ideas and opportunities I have in mind.I hope you will donate towards my good cause anything you can spare is amazing :)
Thankyou all :)
