Story

I'm running the Cardiff 10k and Half Marathon for #TeamStroke! They did brilliant work to support my dad after his stroke, and what they do is so beneficial for rehabilitating people who've had a stroke. 

I got a PB last Half Marathon, thanks to #TeamStroke at Mile 9! I would like another PB this time for both Cardiff 10k and Cardiff Half Marathon.
