GBSN really really needs to raise more money to keep groups going. It costs roughly £800/week to run and they’re finding that grant funding just isn't as available as it was during COVID. They are therefore turning to you, asking you to challenge yourself, to help them help families in Gloucestershire and beyond with the challenges they face in breastfeeding.

For me the support helped so much but it has been so much more than just breastfeeding support. It’s, a welcoming warm group available every day of the week to support your feeding and parenting journey with no judgement and a cup of tea and cake always :). The money we raise will make a difference to families across Gloucestershire and keep running the excellent award winning service that GBSN Groups provide.

I am so grateful to the amazing GBSN for 3 fantastic years of breastfeeding support, kindness and providing a lovely place to visit for me and my children. 

This will be my first running event since having children which started in 2020 with Arlo and I also have Freya who is 1 and a half. It’s going to be quite a challenge!
