As most people know, I have an identical twin sister called Louise. The Twins and Multiple Births Association is therefore a charity very close to myself and I want to help them as much as I can by running the Manchester 10km in May 2013. I ran last year and raised £130 for Anthony Nolan Trust and Cancer Research UK. TAMBA help fight for rights that parents shouldn't have to fight for such as children being split up when starting school, child benefit cuts to multiple births, raising awareness of twin to twin transfusion syndrome, supporting parents who struggle financially and many many more things.
