I am currently a second year student at Newcastle University studying Ancient History. This April I have trekked part of the Great Wall of China in aid of Breast Cancer Research. I started in Badaling and finished 50km later in the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall.

The reason I undertook this trek was to raise money to help fund the research into Breast Cancer. This disease has meant two of my best friends have lost their mums, something which would not have happened if there was a cure for breast cancer. I am hoping to raise £2195 so all donations however big or small will be gratefully appreciated.
