Sophie wanted to join The Marsden March - a 14 mile walk from The Marsden in Fulham to The Marsden in Sutton. As my 'little girl' is under 16 yrs old I decided to join her!

Well - we did it! Excluding the enormous queue for the loo - we manage 14 miles in 4 hours! The weather was gorgeous, the walks through the parks were beautiful and the messages of why people were walking were totally inspiring.

Both of us know a number of friends that have been treated at The Marsden. This is our way of saying a massive 'thank you' to the hospital and staff for all they do.

Thanks so much to everyone that has supported us - we have completely exceeded our target - how brilliant is that - but don't let that stop you! Every penny goes towards saving more lives...............
