Mental health affects us all, and I believe that no one should have to face it alone. Anxiety and OCD have been a part of my life, but I know that with organisations like Mind, we can reduce stigmas and have a platform to go to for resources and support.
I’m taking part in the challenge with my colleague and friend, Eleanor. In 2024 we found that taking a break and going on lunchtime walks has positively affected our wellbeing, productivity and overall health. This year we plan to do even better with our walking goals and hope this challenge will allow us to reach this.
