Story

Thank you for visiting my London Marathon fundraising page. I am running the 26.2 miles for Refuge to raise funds and awareness for survivors of domestic abuse.

Almost 1 in 4 women in England and Wales (27.6%) aged 16-59 will experience domestic abuse at some point in their lives. And every 30 seconds the police receive a call for help relating to domestic abuse. This is unacceptable. With support from people like you, Refuge empowers women and children to rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear

Refuge provides a range of life saving and life changing services, for example helping survivors who have had tech used against them as a weapon of domestic abuse to secure their technology and take back control of their lives. Refuge has the only dedicated, expert tech abuse team in the UK.

Any donation would be much appreciated in aid of this fantastic cause.
